Using Aurao
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use Aurao lawfully. The subscribing business is responsible for its users, workspace configuration, customer communications and the information it enters.
Trials, plans and billing
A trial provides temporary access to the released product. Continued use may require a paid plan. Prices, inclusions, usage allowances, taxes and renewal timing are shown before purchase. Optional usage and third-party services may carry separate charges.
Customer data
You retain ownership of information placed in your workspace. You grant Aurao the limited rights needed to host, process, protect and transmit that information to provide features you enable.
Integrations and communications
Connections such as payment, accounting, email and SMS services are governed by their providers as well as these terms. You are responsible for recipient consent, message content, configuration and applicable charges.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Aurao, interfere with security, access another workspace without authority, upload unlawful or harmful content, send unsolicited communications, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
Aurao works to keep the service reliable and recoverable. Maintenance, provider incidents and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Features may change to improve security, performance or usability.
Suspension and cancellation
Access may be limited for non-payment, material breach, security risk or unlawful use. You can cancel in the subscription controls, subject to the billing information presented with your plan. Data export and retention options may depend on account status and legal requirements.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurao is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or loss caused by customer configuration, third-party services or unauthorised use outside Aurao’s reasonable control. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

If an order, plan summary or signed agreement contains specific terms, those specific terms apply to the extent of any inconsistency.
